Board of Directors

uniPHARM & Medicine Centre Pharmacies Charitable Foundation Board of Directors are made up of a group of people whereby charity is close to their hearts.  These individuals believe that it is important that one gives back to the community.

The Board of Directors meet a minimum of 4 times a year to review charity requests as well as on an ad hoc basis.  The Board also holds an Annual General Meeting each calendar year.

It is the Board of Directors duty to ensure that the Foundation meets the charity focus as well as adhering to the eligibility criteria of donation requests.
